Positive: Great ambiance and comfortable

Positive: Todo el apartamento perfecto.
Negative: No se podía entrar antes del check.in y tambien tuvieron problemas para cobrarme con tarjeta y eso retrasó la entrada.
Poca empatía con los viajeros. No entregaban las llaves hasta que no recibían el depósito cuando la reserva estaba pagada.
Dos informaciones diferentes para dejar el apartamento, a las 10 y a las 13h.
Después se tuvo que reclamar el depósito.
No volveré por problemas de burocracia.

Most enjoyable
Positive: Convenient location to South Bank & Botanical Gardens. Self catering very easy with Woolworths on the ground floor.
Negative: Towels very thin and small. Pillows overstuffed and too large for my neck.
