modern convenient apartment with great facilities and good location6 Positive: the apartment is well located in south bank area of melbourne and close to lots of restuarants and bars as well as the CBD area. The apartment has great facilities and was great on features and security, Negative: - picking up and dropping off keys at a different location ( 5 mts walk) was a bit inconvenient - another pair of keys would hv been helpful in terms of access - the coffee machine was leaking water ( needs checking) - also the alarm kept going off everytime the balcony door was opened - either needs attending to or some missing instructions

Not such an amazing stay if you're looking for hospitality. Positive: Woolworths and coffee shop on ground floor of the building was very convenient. This 2B apartment had an ensuite as well as a separate bathroom, and the kitchen was well stocked. Negative: The apartment caters for 4 persons, but provided 2 towels/1 handtowel; asking for more towels incurs a fee and 'atleast 1 day's notice'. So we bought 2 towels from Woolworths but having washed them, couldn't dry them. The washing maching/dryer combo didn't work; no heat coming through. The diverter under the shower mixer taps were stuck in one position; when it finally moved, the spring flew out (clearly has happened before as there were spare springs in the vanity drawer). The Nespresso coffee machine leaked water. The check-in procedure needs to be simplified; the key pick-up point is 350m away and a code is sent 30mins-1hr before check-in time after a $350 damage deposit (required for non-AirBnB guests) is successfully held; access to the pool, sauna & gym requires an Induction (7pm daily; 8am Sat).

Won't stay there again Positive: Location was good, Woolies downstairs was a bonus as was the parking. Negative: Providing ID to be able to pick up keys which were not in the same building and having then to walk with our luggage to the unit was a pain. Code for keys was only given an hour or so before check in. Excessive security deposit was required and given the stains on the carpet in the unit I was concerned I might be blamed for some of them. Returning the keys to the shop, a good 6 or 7 minute walk away by the check out time was onerous.

Positive: Pool was great. Apartment facilities were good. Negative: Picking the key from somewhere else and returning it into a box when checking out at 5 am was not something we expected and never mentioned when we book the apartment. When returning the keys security alarms started beeping at the place where we returned the keys into a box and that was a horrible experience. We never recommend this property if someone has an early check out as we had.
