Positive: The apartment was gorgeous as was the whole building. It’s across the road from the bus to the airport which was really convenient. Also super close to tram stops, supermarkets, restaurants - everything! Negative: Picking up the keys from the deli was a tad inconvenient but the process was quite smooth. We just would have preferred to pick them up from the accomodation instead of having to lug our suitcases up several streets to the deli

Great building, helpful staff just a little hassle finding the parking as I was driving when I got the email. But otherw Positive: Close to the stadium and shopping Negative: That you weren’t given check in instructions earlier, by the time we got them we were driving into Melbourne and weren’t able to look at the email and figure out where and how to get the keys and back to the parking.

I would not recommend this property unless you were able to pre-organise an extra set of keys. Personally I felt it was Positive: The property itself was lovely, the pool is great Negative: The process from booking to end was cumbersome and costly. We didn’t realise it was a private residence and not a hotel. The keys are located 2 blocks away from the property, at a convenience store, there is only 1 set of keys, 1 fob. As a family of 4 with us wanting different things such as access to the pool, whilst the other may want to go shopping, didn’t work. You are unable to get out of the ‘lounge/pool’ area unless you have the fob. We booked last minute 3hrs before check in time so there was no option to get an extra set of keys and upon calling to the property manager was advised they would speak to the director and get back to me, they did not return my call, i called and left a message with no reply. The carpark was tricky to understand the instructions and the landings are not clearly displayed so we were uncertain what level we were on, the whole process of checking in, parking on the side of the road, walking a few blocks to get the keys, getting into the carpark and finding our way to the room was probably a 45 min exercise!!! Not what we were wanting for a booking that was $600 a night check in at 3pm check out at 10am. Checking out also took some time. As I was out for the evening at a birthday without a key to get back in, I had to find accommodation elsewhere as my family were sleeping and I couldn’t get back up to the room. The booking needs to clearly state and be easily visible the key situation.

Central and Easy

The communication was perfect , every question answered with easy to read instructions. After collecting the keys from a convenience mart 2 mins away, we walked back to the apartment and let ourselves in. We utilized the two big beds as well as the fold out couch. Stayed a week and had no problems. The apartment is located perfectly that we could easily walk shops, transport and everywhere we needed. Would recommend
