Urban Peak Residence at Main Point

Positive: Convenient, wollies grocery store just right down stair. Negative: Collect key from different location, only 1 car park allocated, need lots of coordination work to just get check in & out and lots of time only able to communicate with private host via message no call, and can't approach management concierge for assistance as this seems a private personal arrangement with owner only. The whole list of fine and lots of fine prints details shared only available 1 day before the check in. Self supply all the food seasoning, detergent etc... the list go on if I really want to complain.

Positive: Everything on offer, including superb local coffee shop, Great of France 2 minutes out the front door. Negative: Nothing

Positive: stunning city view and great facilities

Really well situated for south bank, short walk to every thing, great spot for along weekend Positive: Great location, well appointed, excellent views, Negative: Nothing

Good accomondation, fair location, a bit demanding host Positive: The room is tidy and the size is on par with other apartments in the area. Negative: Many more rules are revealed right before the check-in. A bit more demanding when compared with other hosts. e.g. Request for a sharp key return even if the location is 10 mins away. You have to clean out all trash bins to the refuse disposal. At last, more and more hosts require ID collection and claim that the storage is "safe".
