40th Floor Penthouse with Gorgeous 180° City Views

Stressful location, expensive cost for condition of apartment, clearly everything done on the cheap! Positive: The view Negative: -being charged $80 extra for key to be put in a (broken) locked box and hung on a council tree guard quite a few metres from the property entrance. -disappointing first impression of other unsavory "residents" hanging around entrance to property which shares entrance to a dubious looking wine bar!!! - lounge was stained and old -main bedroom had one cheap reading lamp on one side of bed only -no milk left in fridge - not even Longlife just so guests didn't have to go out to BP service station opposite following late arrival -floor covering in lounge room very worn; no floor rug except small one under cheap dining table - only 1 towel per guest provided for 2 night stay..... we were not about to do washing and drying! -moldy tiles and grout in ensuite bathroom (no photos of extremely small bathrooms on booking.com website) - I received in excess of 14 emails relating to the property once I had booked it requesting extra ID of EVERY guest and photos of keys when collected and when taken back to the IGA drop off.....

No fresh air Very noisy overnight even with windows shut One blind in main area unable to be put down. No cord. Unable to minimise heat Cupboard space crowded with cleaning equipment No in room information. No free to air TV able to be located

No thanks Positive: The location Negative: No free to air TV was the most annoying thing, especially with 2 young children. I didn't have my passwords with me for streaming services. Also, picking up & dropping off the key is a hassle, especially if you fly in hours ahead & you don't have anywhere to leave your luggage before you can check in

Amazing apartment with spectacular views!!! Positive: It is a beautiful modern and well equipped apartment! We really enjoyed the amazing 180degree views over the city and down the peninsula! It was perfectly situated for a walk along the Yarra and south bank with the wide range of restaurants available! It was the perfect family apartment!!!! Negative: Nothing
